DataDigger 3.0 brings three major additions: recurring scheduled discovery runs with email delivery, domain-specific analysis templates that let the system focus on what matters most, and a guided onboarding experience that takes new users from sign-up to their first insight in minutes.
Scheduled discovery runs
Set up recurring discovery runs that execute automatically on a schedule. Create a schedule with a name and folder, then let DataDigger do the rest — no manual trigger required.
Email delivery of analysis results
When a scheduled run completes, DataDigger sends an email notification to every subscribed team member — including an executive summary, data sources, the query used, the template applied and a link to the findings.
Subscribe and unsubscribe to schedules
Team members can independently subscribe or unsubscribe from any shared schedule. Subscribers are also notified when a schedule is deleted.
Discovery run templates
Pick a domain — Sales & Marketing, Finance & Revenue, Inventory & Orders, and more — and DataDigger applies a pre-built template suited to that context, to narrow down and increase relevance of findings.
First-time onboarding flow
When you sign up, DataDigger walks you through picking a template, connecting a data source, and running your first discovery. All to help you experience what DataDigger has to offer, immediately.
Schedule management
View, edit, and delete all scheduled runs from one place. Each schedule shows its name, execution time, data sources, template, and NQL query at a glance.
Google Sheets setup during onboarding
New users can create a Google Sheets integration and select a spreadsheet as their first data source directly within the onboarding flow, without leaving to visit the Integrations page first.
Fixed Gmail sign-up
Users signing up with a Gmail account were incorrectly failing to get a team assigned. Sign-up now creates a team automatically, resolving the issue.
Fixed discovery templates appearing on the login page
A warning was incorrectly shown on the login page while the app attempted to load discovery templates. Templates are now only fetched for authenticated users.
